Fail Safe Testing is the nation's # 1 fire hose testing service and has successfully been in business for over 20 years. We began as a service to aid fire departments that did not have the time or the personnel to adequately test their fire hose. In 1989 we began operations in Monmouth County, NJ testing several thousand feet of hose for a few fire departments. Since then, we have become industry leaders, testing million upon millions of feet of fire hose each and every year.

The National Fire Protection Association guidelines require that all fire hose be tested annually. In recent years many townships and cities have begun to realize that it is both essential and prudent to make sure often used equipment will perform as required during critical times. As most firefighters know, having a hose fail during a fire is a potentially dangerous and time consuming problem. The time it takes to replace a blown length or stretch another line could be the difference between life and death.

Fail Safe utilizes proprietary hose testers, that we developed to maximize the amount of hose tested to industry standard at one time. Accordingly, we are known as the company who gets the job done quickly, professionally and efficiently. Our customers have told us time and again, we are the most diligent and best at what we do.

Our name and services have become widely known. We have both career and volunteer firefighters on our staff to insure that we perform up to the expectations of our customers. From that small beginning in 1989, Fail Safe is now the largest service of its kind in the USA.

Fail Safe grows significantly every year. Our objective is to spread our safety service throughout firehouses all over the east coast of the USA.
